Training Services Programs
On-the-Job training works for employers and potential new hires, by covering up to 50 percent of the employer’s cost of training and increased supervision and giving new hires the chance to learn while they earn.

Internship Program

The internship program will include obtaining general skills that are needed to obtain most employment, retain employment, and achieve a pathway to the top. While there will be some job-specific skills, that are acquired through the internship program general skills will also be acquired. The internship will be a minimum of 400 hours and a maximum of 12 weeks to include a curriculum of modules to enhance workplace skills.
